Terms and Conditions
All damaged items or missed products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
If you have an item you wish to return please contact us to begin the process at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact us immediately to discuss your issue.
At our discression, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this will be delayed until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by ourselves.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse or has been used and is showing sign of wear or dirt egress.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 14 days and must be as new and in a re-sellable condition. Return postage is at the buyers expense, unless item found to be faultly/mistake.
We supply a 14 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed goods in a new resalable condition with all accessories.
The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.
English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
